My first visit to India, it was not a painting trip, I had to take time to sketch where I could. We had a quick early morning stop at the Lotus Temple, I sat on a bench qnd sketched first with pencil, then the transparent watercolour and finally some ink marks.
The others in oiur group visited the temple but I relly had a need to paint and enjoy the peace in the beautiful gardens
