Anemones were my grandmothers favourite flowers, I carried them in a golden basket as a bridesmaid, for my mother cousin, at the age of five.
Their colours always draw me to them at the beginning of autumn at the friday flower market in our nearest city Béziers.
The jug is Denby pottery a present from my brother, our house is full of ornaments with memories and meaning and I love to paint them,
I feel they give my paintings heart.
Our house is not fashionable but the decor suits its age it was built in 1830 and is a french townhouse.
